Pastor Richard E. Willoughby is the founder and pastor of More Life Worship Center of Sacramento, California. Pastor Richard E. Willoughby was born April 20, 1962 in New Orleans, Louisiana to parents, Marie Willoughby, and the late Thaddeus Willoughby. He is number nine of twelve children. He received his education in Metairie, Louisiana, East Jefferson High School Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Pastor Richard Willoughby moved to Sacramento, California in 1982. February 15, 1982 he received the gift of the Holy Ghost and was baptized. His walk with Christ began at Norwood Apostolic Church, under the leadership of Bishop David C. Foster Sr. Presently Greater Grace Worship Center where Pastor Willoughby served faithfully for 27 years in various leadership roles. He was ordained as a minister under the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World and ordained as an Elder under Greater Grace School of Ministry.

Pastor Richard E. Willoughby is a successful leader. He has a broad background of ministry that includes usher, youth leader, head deacon, Director of the David’s Ministry, and New Members Pastor. But more importantly he is a servant of God. Presently he is the Northern California Jurisdictional Bishop of the International Christian Apostolic Fellowship (ICAF) under the leadership of the Presiding Bishop William L. Harris IV.

On May 2, 1982 he married Lady Tammi and they were blessed to have four beautiful children. Richard Jr. Yvette (son-in-law Harold Williams), Miesha, and Brittney.
